Young Keno Recognises “The Stakes Is High”

0

It’s been a few months since we dropped some news and media from Young Keno who shot onto Dubcnn when his music made its way onto Power 106 earlier this year – a feat for some signed acts let alone a fresh independent artist. So far in 2008 we brought you tracks including Let’s Get Together with Roscoe Umali & Sharis, Fresh 2 Def with Hot Dollar and Gotta Get This Paper with Roscoe Umali, Damani, & Stress of The Federation.

Back in June we dropped back-to-back updates on Young Keno with the release of the Let’s Get Together Remix with Omar Cruz & Wiz Khalifa followed by an Exclusive Interview.

Today we are back with two new Young Keno tracks – both from his upcoming DJ Ill Will & DJ Rockstar presented mixtape; “The Stakes is High” (300 Edition).” The first “Lonely at the Top” features SRC Rapper and Dubcnn regular Topic as well as Los Angeles singer E-Note – who last year shot to attention when appearing on “Blutiful World” by Spider Loc. The new track was produced by another Dubcnn regular XL Middleton so you know it’s not to be missed!

Next up is a track that some may have heard last week when it leaked as a street single. “Tattoo’s & Jewelry” features Guerilla Black and Hot Dollar and can be heard below – we also just got word that a Star Studded Remix has been made and will be released soon so stay tuned to Dubcnn.

“The Stakes is High” (300 Edition)” is set to drop in early 2009 and will feature appearances from Jay Rock, Hot Dollar, Ya Boy, Topic, Young De, Guerilla Black, Tyga, Wiz Khalifa, Omar Cruz and more. Dubcnn will, as ever, keep you fully updated.
