Since 2005 we have been reporting on one of the WestCoast’s most promising talents in Ground Up Entertainment’s own Scan.
We have followed Scan from his debut album “The Passion”, through to the Dubcnn Download of the GroundUp Entertainment presented GroundUp Live mixtape, and most recently [for those of you who are subscribed to our mailing list] – the free download of the Loud & Clear mixtape from Scan and DJ Vlad, which received a whole host of positive feedback.
Today we are back with news of the next three projects from GroundUp Entertainment and Scan, the first being the DJ Warrior hosted mixtape entitled “The Audition,” the cover to which can be seen in large by clicking the news image. Below is an Intro track from the mixtape that sees Scan deliver his hard hitting, controversial lyrics that are sure to get people talking. While the intended targets of his vocals may be up for discussion, one thing that isn’t is the capability and skill of Scan.

“The Audition” mixtape is due in mid September with a follow up being readied with DJ Fingaz entitled “Reality Check,” the cover to which can be viewed here, before the he finishes up 2007 with a mixtape produced by Dubcnn regular THX [check our previous updates].
