West Coast Legend Kokane dropped his new single “Halla” in January on DubCNN with its full iTunes release earlier this month.
The Meech Wells & Sean Wells produced cut has been gathering pace and West Haven Blast, E-White & ApparelZoo.com teamed up to do a video review of the single which you can watch above.
That single will serve as the lead off his 24 Year Anniversary Album, scheduled to drop on April 24th, 2015.
In the interim Koka has just dropped a project with his wife Alicia Long, an R&B album; “Lady Kokane Presents: Kokane Love Songs” which dropped just before Valentines Day. The album reintroduces a sound taken from the elements of 70’s, 80’s, & 90’s R&B Soul Music where Kokane definitely reached back into his fathers (Jerry B. Long Sr.) roots, who was a great writer & composer of Motown in the 60’s. Cop it today via iTunes!
