A couple of months back, DubCNN was granted access to cover the epic West Coast hip-hop event, We’re All In The Same Gang.
This event, which went down in Los Angeles, Ca. featured an extensive list of West Coast hip-hop luminaries. That list includes Tha Dogg Pound, The Lady of Rage, Compton’s Most Wanted, with Mc Eight and Tha Chill, Scoe, Dj Cell, The Dove Shakk, Rappin’ 4 Tay, Tha Twins, E-White, Big 2 da Boy, At-Will, Dae One, Weazel Loc, Epademik, OG Daddy V, Kam, Lay Law, Kay Nine The Boss, 2ndIINone, Oyg Redrum 781, King Tee, Tash, Jayo Felony and RBX…amongst many more!
We get exclusive concert performances, exclusive interviews, and behind the scenes footage of this event, which also marked the reunion of two of the most influential West Coast hip-hop artists of all-time…Kurupt, and his cousin Oyg Redrum 781. Their long-standing, well-documented differences came to a halt on this special night. With Oyg Redrum 781 assisting DubCNN behind the camera, alongside Ghetto Flame and West Haven Blast, and Kurupt and Daz sending the crowd into a frenzy while rocking the mic, not only did the entire West Coast make a stand for unity, but two West Coast pioneers were able to squash their respective issues. On this night, the West Coast was truly, all in the same gang.
